We don't want to charge you for nights your pet didn't end up staying with us - that doesn't make anyone feel good. But, we can't usually fill a last minute cancellation, either. To encourage thoughtful bookings, we will charge a $50 cancellation/adjustment fee or the balance of the reservation (whichever is less) for any booking that is reduced in length with less than seven days notice from check in date. If you arrive back from your time away early, we are happy to reunite you with your pet, but will add a cancellation fee to your invoice.
We reserve the right to request a non-refundable $50 deposit to hold a reservation for clients who have a history of one or more cancellations, or for bookings between December 20 - January 2.
We will turn away clients with a history of cancellations and adjustments.
WE CLOSE PROMPTLY, EVERY DAY.
PETS WHO ARE NOT PICKED UP BEFORE CLOSING TIME, WILL STAY AND BE CHARGED FOR ANOTHER NIGHT.

The door-to-door service runs 12:00-2:00 pm, every day, except the stat holidays we are closed for check ins and check outs.
Cats must be kenneled are ready to go prior to their pick up time, so we don't have to help coax a scared kitty out from under the couch when we arrive.
Please book in advance as there is limited space.
*For safety, each pet rides in a kennel, in our commercially insured van.
